Pick Three for iOS · Effective June 11, 2026
Pick Three is built so that we — the developer — never see your data. This policy explains exactly what that means.
Nothing. Pick Three has no accounts, no sign-up, no analytics, no advertising, no tracking, and no third-party SDKs that collect data. We do not collect, store, transmit, sell, or share any personal information. The App Store privacy label for Pick Three reads "Data Not Collected" because that is literally how the app is built.
Pick Three Plus subscriptions and the lifetime unlock are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store (StoreKit). We never see your payment details, name, or address. Purchase receipts are validated on your device.
If you allow notifications, the app schedules them locally on your device (an optional daily reminder and optional one-time task nudges). No notification data leaves your phone; we do not use push servers.
Because there is no server and no account, we cannot read your tasks, identify you, build a profile of you, or hand your data to anyone — even if asked. Deleting the app (and, if you used iCloud sync, the app's data in Settings → Apple ID → iCloud → Manage Storage) removes everything.
Pick Three does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children. The app is rated 4+.
If this policy ever changes (for example, if a future feature required a server), we will update this page and the date above before the change ships, and the App Store privacy label will be updated to match.
